We chose our name, Chiara, the Italian word meaning “clear” or “light”, to illustrate our mission to dispel the shadows and uncertainties that can cloud the journey of entrepreneurship. Our mission is to brighten the path ahead, infusing it with hope and confidence, and ultimately providing a beacon of guidance for those embarking on the challenging yet rewarding journey of business ownership.
Amanda Duncan has spent her career advising and coaching others on their path to success. She spent over 15 years in the nonprofit sector before venturing into the world of entrepreneurialism and economic development. She pairs her natural knack for organization and expertise in strategic development to aid businesses in optimizing processes, establishing procedures, and defining strategic goals to take their business to new heights. She’s a mom to 3 busy kids, a proud Pitt alumna, and a forever student of Italian language and culture.
